This can be done on as either a full home inspection or on a 'verbal walk-through' basis (see below).
My standard home inspection is an evaluation of the visible and accessible interior and exterior structure, systems, and components. Your report will include my findings of any material defects I discover in an easy-to-read format (see a sample report here). I will also provide recommendations for monitoring, repair, or replacement. And my job isn't finished until you completely understand everything in your report. Verbal Walk-Through Option
If you desire, instead of a standard inspection, take advantage of a verbal walk-through inspection. This is a more basic (and less expensive) option for those who don't want or need a full home inspection. No report is generated or photos taken - all of my observations are communicated orally at the time of the walk-through. Those observations would be the same as those that I would put in a report for a buyer's inspection.
